It's a package deal that is not covered by insurance and takes about 4 visits to complete. The usual cost for this treatment ranges from $3500.00 - $9000.00 depending on how severe the case is and how many treatments are required. Our package deal is $2500.00 for all necessary visits to complete treatment.
